Why 50 Thousand Russian Troops are Near the U.S Border?

A report of 9th September 2016 from Cuba’s News agency “Prensa Latina” reported that Bolivia and Russia were in collaboration to strengthen the military of Bolivia. Their deal involve the sale of arm equipment, weapons and transfer of latest technology, but “Prensa Latina” didn’t mention about the deployment of Russian Troops in Bolivia. It was assumingly an expansion of Russian military due to the incident of 7th September 2016 about the Black Sea in which a Russian fighter jet (Sukhoi su-27) had a close encounter with a U.S Navy plane (P-8). Both sides made their statement to be following international law and blamed on each other for wrong action. Russian officials claimed that U.S Navy plane was moving without a transponder and the U.S officials claimed that Russian fighter jet made a dangerous formation. This incident increased tension between both countries.
