Chinese Aluminum Foil issues in the Future of U.S. Trade

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce said on Thursday that China has supported the United States to act carefully in making a fair ruling on planned anti-dumping duties on Chinese aluminum foil. It is essential to prevent any expected negative impact of such duties on bilateral trade agreements. A source from Jiangsu Zhongii Lamination Materials Co Ltd has confirmed that the Nonferrous Metals Industry Association of China and 12 major aluminum foil manufacturers are preparing to launch a legal challenge to secure their rights in free trade.
