This news widely circulated on the Internet and social media that the soft drink Mountain Dew is owned by Pepsico which is being stopped selling in the markets very soon. This news was published by a broadcasting website FeedNewz.com. Most of its articles, blogs and news are being updated by multiple users on FeedNews.com website. Anyone having an internet connection can upload his news, blog, article, news and story.

There are a number of websites that only update fake news and stories such as prank.link and fakeshare.com. Most of the social media users experienced that when they clicked on the links created by these websites, they were redirected by receiving a message by opening next page that ‘You Got Owned’. After that FeedNewz.com cheers anyone who participated being fooled by the prank and to share the post at their own media friends and circles. This technique is being used for broadcasting the post on a large scale. The website FeedNewz.com is considered as widely spreading fake news and stories such as MMA champion Ronda Rousey has failed in a drug test, Channing Tatum coming out as gay and Taco Bell announced for closing their all outlets.
