The website Got News presented some important and specific images as evidences of Castile. A Photograph Showing Philando Castile as a Member of CRIPS Gang

The man in blue shirt posing C shape was obviously Philando Castile, but the website “Got News” mixed up the image between two images and mentioned Castile as a gang member. But, the website was unable to provide any solid proof regarding involvement of Castile with Crips gang. The published photograph was captured in 2011 at the time when Castile was arrested for a traffic violation. It is important that Philando Castile didn’t have any criminal record and his arrest was due to a minor traffic violation, for example not wearing seat belt or over-speed driving. The Institute of Police Technology & Management, ACLU and the City of Caldwell had confirmed that showing hand symbol published in the post was referred to the “West Coast Gangs”, especially dedicated to the “West Side Loma Locos”.
