The U.S President Barak Obama has self-proclaimed during a press statement issued by Pentagon that the United States has trained or training the ISIL or any terrorist organization. According to a video uploaded having a title that ‘Obana Just Made a Shocking Admission’ and this news circulated on the web. This video indicating that U.S President Barak Obama is admitting that United States is training terrorist groups and militants of ISIL (ISIL is a sister organization of ISIS). But Rammadi has urged on the Iraqi government. It is also said that taking some extra steps last month, they are pushing up the training of ISIL forces including registering volunteers from Sunni tribes from Anbaar Province.

This video also includes a piece of speech of U.S President Barak Obama at Pentagon on 6^th July 2015 regarding Steps taken in the fight against ISIL. It is also suggested that he has made a shocking admission regarding training to ISIL forces, which is not accurate. The U.S President speech included purely slip of his tongue and it is evidence by the U.S President Statement that people belongs to Sunni tribes will be trained as a new fighting force against ISIL. A correction issued by the White House in which stated that President Obama’s tongue slipped by words and it is not true. We are continuing to speed up our training program in order to support the Iraqi local forces that are fighting against ISIL with better strategy. It is our strategy and we are moving very slow.
