With this sort of risk to health in having fried stuff, beans and lentils and vegetables should have a must place in your menu and should be consumed healthily too. It has also been seen that all those people who consume vegetables and beans and oat meals in any form are less at threat to any kind of heart disease even if we are consuming a slightly more than normal amount of fried food on daily bases.
