A 46 years old property developer Ehsan Abdul Aziz was charged for attacking physically to 18 years old girls. She was sleeping on his sofa after night out. He was sleeping with her friend in another room. The man said that he was slipped and fell on the teenager when she enticed him sexually as his male organ was blowing out from his underwear. The South-wark crown court was informed that Abdul Aziz spent his time in the evening with a pair of girls at a West End club in London. He requested them for a ride and took them to his flat in Aston Martin Maida Vale, North-west London. The girl blamed that she woke up at mid-night and found that he was forcing for physical sex with her.

But, Abdul Aziz denied and said that he didn’t force her, he went to put on a T-shirt to her when she was sleeping but she grabbed the back on his head and put him down on the floor and pulled his hands between her legs. Abdul Aziz said that he is weak so he fell down but nothing happened between them. Judge Martin Griffiths took separate place for private hearing regarding evidences in order to get more evidences regarding the rape incident. After more than 30 minutes, the jury released him after a long discussion due to insufficient evidences.
