An anti-Islam blogger Pamela Geller published an article on 15^th December 2015 with a title that ‘Muslim World is Marking 24^th December as Birthday of Prophet Muhammad’, and it was tweeted by a number of twitter users. This piece of article includes two lines by Pamela Geller and she duplicated this story from another source by searching ‘Advancing Islamic Lies’. She described in her article that “Nothing is sacred. Everything which is non-Islamic should be co-opted, erased and falsified. Not even Christmas, the birth of Jesus is off limits”. She reproduced the whole text which was published by ‘Emirates 24/7’ in their article on 13^th December 2015 with a title ‘24^th December is the Public Holiday in the UAE in order to mark the Birthday of Prophet Muhammad.

It is important that the Minister of Education and the Chairman of the Government Human Resources of the Federal Government Hussein Bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi has declared that Thursday 24^th December 2015 as the official holiday instead of 23^rd December 2015 in the UAE for the public sector in order to mark the birthday anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad. Geller indicated that ‘Nothing is sacred and every non-Islamic thing must be co-opted, erased and falsified with the respect of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad’. She considered it as bizarre and it is considered false. The UAE is basically a Muslim country with more than 76 percent of Muslim citizens and at least 9 percent of their citizens are Christian community.
