The organization of O’Keefe (Project Veritas Action) released videos in the last quarter of October 2016 with a title “Rigging the Election”. He captured Democrat operative Scott Foval in this video allegedly talking about supposed voter fraud. The Americans United for Change had fired Scott Foval from his job due to O’Keefe was allegedly involved in editing videos for misleading purposes. A spokeswoman of “Project Veritas” has confirmed that all presented videos regarding alleged voter fraud are original. She further indicated that organization didn’t release fake or raw videos. The FBI also refused to mention whether anyone really caught on the tape or FBI has initiated investigation regarding this allegation. It is important that Democracy Partners founder Robert Creamer took a step back after releasing the alleged videos, but confirmed that claim of O’Keefe wasn’t correct and video tapes were altered and edited for misleading purposes.
