E-mails of 108 LA County Employees Hacked by a Nigerian Man

Most of the online users have viewed last week regarding more than one billion Yahoo accounts were hacked in the year 2013. A large number of affected users contacted officials of local government in Los Angeles. Now, a Nigerian national has been charged for hacking employee’s accounts of LA County. These accounts have personal data of more than 756 thousand people. Nigerian national 37-years old Kelvin Onaghinor hasn’t yet arrested by the authorities because they are not sure whether he is still in the United States. The authorities are also searching for his supposedly co-partners involved in the crime of hacking important account database.

E-mails of 108 LA County Employees Hacked by a Nigerian Man

This hacking incident resulted from the successful pushing of 108 county employees in the month of May, who submitted their names and passwords for their email accounts, and the potential data of victims was containing messages forwarded to those workers. Those communications were supposedly had personally-confirmable information by their names and date of birth including their Social Security numbers and medical records due to their professional & occupational responsibilities. We were unable to find such news till last Friday when shocking news appeared and there wasn’t any evidence that confidential and important information had been released from the hacked data. Point to be noted that Onaghinor will face at least nine charges and he will face 13 years in federal prison, if convicted.
