A website ‘Fox News’ published an article on 14^th December 2015 with a title ‘ISIS Killing Babies with Down Affections’. The post indicated that ISIS terrorists have been allowed their terrorist groups members to kill newborn children with down infirmity including to the other disabled children. A militant group known as Mosul Eye said that at least 40 babies have been killed since the start of religious conflicts. The Mosul Eye declared that these babies were drowned or given dangerous injections. The British ‘Daily Mail’ also published an article on 14^th December 2015 with a title ‘How much more depraved can ISIS get? Sharia Judges of this group have ordered for down disorder to children and other disabilities to put them into death.

The article further claimed that ISIS have released a Fatwa, in which they ordered their members to make down injuries and disorder the children and throw them into death. The statement of Mosul Eye is indicating that ISIS is using the same technique which was implemented in the Nazi era. One user commented that ISIS is more dangerous than Nazis; we can only shed tears for killing these babies and children. Another user commented that ‘we don’t understand that what kind of danger can be created by these poor children, but ISIS is considered a mentally sick group’. We found that ‘Daily Mail’ website used reinforcement in their reporting claim. It is important that source information and source of published video have not yet been confirmed.
