Why President of Mexico Cancelled Meeting with Trump?

It has been confirmed that the President of Mexico has postponed his meeting plan with the new elected U.S President Donald Trump. The President of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto said on 26th January 2017, just after one day of signing legislation by Trump. This legislation was signed to start the construction of a huge wall on the border between the United States and Mexico. This decision has been considered a part of a public policy. Point to be noted that a meeting has planned on 31st January 2017 between the 2 leaders from North America. The supposed meeting was planned to clarify the relationship including trade & political between Mexico and the United States.

Mexico's President Cancels Meeting

The Mexican President showed his anger on the decision of signing legislation by Trump in building a massive wall on the border and step up Border Patrol staffing & deportations. It is important that Trump said that Mexico will be accountable for the expenses in building the wall, but the House Speaker Parl Ryan has denied this decision. The President of Mexico also responded against the actions of Trump in an address to the nation and said that Mexico will not pay any type of amount regarding the building of wall at the Mexican border. He also said that Trump was a candidate when he said about it, but the Mexican government said it time to time that Mexico will not provide money to construct any type of wall on the border.
