Two young men were died in a vehicle road accident in Emporia, Virginia on 26^th June 1995. The departed driver was recognized as 21 years old Michael Hager the student of University of South Carolina. But the other young man and his passenger stumped because any kind of identification was not found from him, now he got a name as ‘Grateful Doe’. He got this name as Grateful Doe because on the collected information from the place of this severe accident. A number of internet forums targeted the description of missing persons and most of them described this unidentified young man as Grateful Doe. He was between 16 and 21 years old, with light brown to dark blonde curly hairs.

He had brown eyes, 68 inch in height, 77 kg of weight and a homemade star tattoo was also found on his left arm. It is important that Grateful Doe suffered with considerable facial trauma during the car crash. So, the photograph of his face was restrained. Investigators found a note from his pocket in which he wrote, ‘To Jason, sorry we had to go. See you around, Caroline T and Caroline O’. This note also included a phone number with a prefix 914, but area code was not mentioned on it. Two tickets were also found from his pocket one was for 24^th June 1994 and the other was for 25^th June 1995 of Dead concerts at RFK Stadium in the Washington D.C. The concerning authorities said that we are struggling to find the real name of Grateful Doe and to find his family.
